Joseph G. Saulsbury, MD

Outside of the practice, Dr. Saulsbury is a husband and father of one.
Dr. Joseph Saulsbury is Board Certified in Family Medicine. His is trained in both Orthopedic and Family Medicine.
He received his undergraduate degree from Morehouse College and then received his Medical Degree from Morehouse School of Medicine, both in Atlanta, Georgia. He completed both an Orthopedic Medicine Residency at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C. and a Family Practice Residency at The University of Tennessee Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee. After working in occupational, urgent care and other family practice facilities, he joined the Park Central Family part time starting April 2015.
As of June 2017, he became a BioTE© Certified practitioner.
Note: Dr. Saulsbury is not on every insurance plan we accept as an in network provider like our other practitioners. Without any additional cost to you he can treat patients with the following plans:
- Regular Medicare
- Regular Medicaid

- Blue Cross and Blue Shield PPO
- Cigna (commercial plans),
- Humana (commerical plans) [no healthcare exchange plans].
- Humana HMO Gold
Some other commercial plan participants will be assessed out of network costs when treated by Dr. Saulsbury. Please check with your insurance company to see if he's in network.
