Patient Portal Questions
- What's the Patient Portal? How do I access it?
The Aprima Patient Portal is a tool that makes interacting with the office and your health record a bit easier. On the portal you are able to view your visit's clinical summaries, download your complete chart, view your labs, ask questions, request appointments, view labs, and balances. If you already have your user ID and password, you can click on the link at the bottom of the page. If you do not have access, contact us to receive your login information.
- I can't see my labs on my portal. What do I need to do?
If your labs went to Solstas Lab Partners, they will be able to be viewed once the providers have approved them. They are directly imported into your chart and will be able to be dowloaded directly from the portal. If you labs went to Quest Diagnostics or Laboratory Corporation of America (LabCorp) you will need to write a message to the office so that your labs can be sent to you via secure message or picked up in the office.
- I can't seem to login to my portal. What should I do?
You do not need to contact the office if your portal has already been set up. There is a link that will allow you to reset your password with the security prompts you set up initially. If you are still having trouble, you can 'Request Login Assistance' and the portal will send a message to the office so that they will know what's happening and how to assist you.
- Is this everything in my medical history?
The short answer is yes.
The portal provides access to your most requested documents such as current prescriptions, current balances, patient education, upcoming and past appointments, lab results, and diagnoses. If you would like to have a complete PDF of your chart, you will be able to download it. Depending on the size of your chart it will take a little time to download but it will be everything. You will be able to see the same things that we see from our inside the office.
