Ruben A. Alexander, PA
Ruben A. Alexander is a Board Eligible Physician Assistant. He received his undergraduate degree from Morehouse College and his Medical Degree from Emory University School of Medicine, both located in Atlanta, Georgia. He has been with the Park Central Family since its inception in 1998 and has been practicing medicine going on 30 years.
Outside of the practice, he is a prolific business owner, husband, and father of three.
Kris A. Manlove-Simmons, MD
Dr. Manlove-Simmons is Board Certified in Family Medicine. She received her Medical Degree from Wayne State University, in Detroit, Michigan. She completed her residency at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Manlove-Simmons also holds a Master of Public Health Degree from the University of North Carolina. She has been a member of the Park Central Family since May 2008.
Outside of the practice, Dr. Manlove-Simmons is also a wife and a mother of two.

Joseph G. Saulsbury, MD
Dr. Joseph Saulsbury is Board Certified in Family Medicine. He is trained in both Orthopedic and Family Medicine.
He received his undergraduate degree from Morehouse College and then received his Medical Degree from Morehouse School of Medicine, both in Atlanta, Georgia. He completed both an Orthopedic Medicine Residency at Howard University Hospital in Washington, D.C., and a Family Practice Residency at The University of Tennessee Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee. After working in occupational, urgent care, and other family practice facilities, he joined the Park Central Family part-time starting in April 2015.
Outside of the practice, Dr. Saulsbury is a husband and father of one.
